摘要
院校合作模式中高职护理专业的学生因教学环境的改变,其心理也发生相应的变化,这种变化主要表现在对护理职业的重新认识与对社会、人生的态度转变方面。针对学生的心理变化,德育教学应该适时调整,注重选拔具有丰富人生阅历且对护理职业有深入认识的德育教师,充分利用医院的德育资源整编教材,帮助学生树立正确的职业观与人生观。
In hospital-college cooperation mode, the nursing majors have changed psychologically accordingly because of the changes of teaching environment. Such changes are mainly manifested in their recognition of nursing occupation and their attitude to society and life. According to the change of nursing students, moral education should change timely, selecting moral education teachers who are rich in experience and deep understanding of nursing occupation, and making full use of moral resources, so as to help students establish correct outlook on life and work.
