外周静脉溶栓治疗肺动脉栓塞的临床疗效分析

The Evaluation of peripheral intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of the pulmonary embolism

目的探讨外周静脉溶栓治疗肺动脉栓塞的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用外周静脉溶栓治疗56例肺动脉栓塞患者的临床资料,所有患者治疗前经肺动脉CTA确诊。结果本组56例患者中55例患者治疗有效,1例患者血栓溶解不明显,无死亡病例。患者治疗后症状胸闷、气促均明显好转。56例患者均获得随访,随访时间3年,3例患者出现慢性肺动脉高压。结论外周静脉溶栓可有效治疗肺动脉栓塞,安全有效,近远期疗效满意。

Objective To explore and evaluated the experience of peripheral intravenous thrombolysis method of treatment of pulmonary embolism.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data about 56 cases in pulmonary embolism,Pulmonary CTA for preoperative evaluation,in the course of treatment.Results In the group of 56 case,there wear 55 case wear successful,and 1 case Thrombosis unobvious,no deaths. ALL patients feel better after Thrombolysis,shortness of breath improved markedly.Conclusion Peripheral intravenous thrombolysis is effective and safe in treating pulmonary embolism.
