彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓39例结果分析

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床价值。方法对39例下肢深静脉血栓患者用2D和CDFI观察血栓部位、大小、回声及血流显像特点。结果急性DVT患者31例,慢性DVT患者8例,诊断准确率100%。急性DVT形成后,静脉内径明显增宽,血栓表现为均质低回声,慢性血栓表现为不均质较高回声及强回声,血栓部位血流信号消失或充盈缺损并继发静脉瓣功能不全。结论彩色多普勒超声应为DVT的首选检查方法。

Objective Discusses the two-dimensional ultrasound（2 d）and color doppler flow imaging device（of a CDFI）in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis（DVT）of clinical value.Methods To see a doctor,39 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in 2 d and part of a CDFI observation thrombosis,size,echo and blood flow imaging characteristics.Results Acute DVT,after the formation of venous diameter significantly broadening,characterized by homogeneous low echo,thrombus chronic thrombosis characterized by high heterogeneity echo and the strong echo,blood flow signals disappear or filling defect and secondary thrombus parts venous valve insufficiency.31 cases of patients with acute DVT,8 cases of patients with chronic DVT. Diagnostic accuracy of 100%.Conclusion 2 D and check method of a CDFI for DVT preferred.
