丹参注射液与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

To observe the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with Edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丹参注射液与依达拉奉联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将117例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,西药组给予依达拉奉静脉滴注,联合组在西药组基础上给予丹参注射液静脉滴注,对比分析2组患者神经功能缺损评分(NHISS)、生活能力评分(ADL)、血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标变化情况。结果联合组总有效率93.22%,显著高于西药组72.41%(P<0.05);2组治疗后NHISS评分、hs-CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05),ADL评分显著升高(P<0.05);联合组治疗后血清Hcy水平降低(P<0.05),西药组血清Hcy无显著性差异(P>0.05);联合组治疗后NHISS评分、血清Hcy水平、hs-CRP水平显著低于西药组(P<0.05),ADL评分显著高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死,能进一步改善患者神经功能缺损,提高生活能力,减轻炎性反应,降低再梗死风险,增强治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 117 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,the western medicine group were given edaravone intravenously,the combined group were given Danshen injection intravenous drip in the western medicine group on the basis of comparative analysis of two groups of patients,the score of nerve defect（NHISS）,ability of daily life（ADL） score,serum homocysteine（Hcy）,super sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）changes. Results the total effective rate of combined group 93.22% was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group of 72.41%（P〈0.05）;NHISS score,hs-CRP levels of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.05）,ADL score increased significantly（P〈0.05）;the serum level of Hcy in combined therapy group（P〈0.05）,western medicine group,no significant difference of serum Hcy（P〉0.05）;the combination group NHISS score,serum Hcy level,hs-CRP level was significantly lower than the western medicine group（P〈0.05）,ADL score was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with edaravone in treatment of acute cerebral infarction,can improve the neural function defect of patients,improve the ability of living,relieve the inflammatory reaction,reduce the risk of myocardial infarction,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
