短暂性脑缺血发作81例的临床护理方法及效果

目的总结短暂性脑缺血发作的护理方法和疗效。方法对2010年1月—2014年6月住院治疗82例短暂性脑缺血发作患者的临床资料和护理结果进行总结分析。结果经精心治疗和护理,治愈48例,好转22例,总有效率为86.4%。3个月后有6例住院治疗脑梗死,余均维持现状。结论应根据不同特点,在采取综合护理措施的基础上加强短暂性脑缺血发作患者的心理护理和健康教育,可提高治愈率,降低复发率。

Objective Summarize the nursing methods and efficacy of transient ischemic attack. Methods In January 2010 to June 2014 hospitalized the clinical data of 81 cases of transient ischemic attack and summarize nursing results analysis. Results Cured by careful treatment and care,48 cases,improvement in 22 cases,the total effective rate was 86.4%.3 months after the 6 cases of cerebral infarction,and hospitalization were to maintain the status quo.Conclusion Should be according to the different characteristics,on the basis of the comprehensive nursing measures to strengthen the psychological nursing and health education,can improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rate.
