摘要
在社会文化生活发生着新变化与发展的当下,音乐人才培养模式在社会人才就业、人才供需严峻现实的牵引下,在国家教育指导思想新思维形势下,都不得不重新思考各自的定位,思考各自办学的能力和长处,找到一条更加符合各自人才培养的道路。以南京师范大学为例,我们在遵循教育部关于综合性师范大学"大类招生、方向培养"的招生和人才培养大政策、大方向的前提下,把"音乐师资"、"专业精英"、"江苏区域音乐"作为人才培养的核心和基石,以培养"师资、精英、区域"三种音乐人才的指导思想,定位、引领南京师范大学音乐学院本科人才培养方向。为了既能够突出我们综合性的优势和特色,又能落实"三定位"的内涵,我们围绕"三种定位、课程分段、施教分层、专业成群"的核心指导思想,进行了课程设计。除了公共、博雅等教育通识课程外,我们把主体的音乐课程主要分为学科基础课程、专业主干课程和专业自主发展课程群等三个部分。并设计为前两个学年完成学科基础课程、专业主干课程两个部分;后两个学年实施第三部分专业自主发展课程群的人才培养方案。教材必须做到相关知识系统性、作品甄选经典性、学生理解通俗性。师资方面,提升所谓一对一"小课"、"个别课"的技术教学水平,更重要的是,还必须强化与自己专业相关的大课授课的艺术手段和方法,因为包括艺术学在内的综合性大学文科教师的基本资格,首先必须是一个有文化、有学识、有见地的人。
Currently, our social cultural life is changing everyday, under the context of severe practice of talent supply and demand, and under the condition of national education thought, it is a must to re -think the orientation of music talent cultivation, and try to find the suitable way for development. Taking Nanjing Normal University as the example, while abiding by the grand politics and grand direction proposed by ministry of education relevant to comprehensive normal university, we take music teachers, professional elites, Jiangsu re- gional music as the core and base of talent cultivating. Based on the three orientations of " teachers, elite, region" , we categorize the main curriculum into basic course, professional principal course, and curriculum group designed for selfdirected development. We choose such teaching material that is systematic in relevant knowledge, classical in works selection, and popular with students. As regards to teachers, it is a must to promote their teaching proficiency in teaching small class and it is more important to enforce the artistic means to teach big class relevant to his or her major, since as a teacher of liberal arts in a comprehensive university, he or she must first is a person that is well - educated, achieves scholarly attainments, and is knowledgeable.
