摘要
以北京市城六区典型社区的停车现状为例,针对居住区停车难、乱停车的现状,对小区的建设年份、建筑面积、居住人数、停车资源、停车泊位数、私家车保有量及周边公共建筑停车情况等要素进行全面调查和分析,调查结果表明,中心城居住区建筑密度大、车位利用率不均衡、停车设施缺乏是造成停车难、乱停车的主要原因.论文分析结果可为大城市居住区停车规划及管理提供参考.
This paper survey and analyzed the typical community parking situation in the six residential districts of Beijing based on the existing condition of residential parking,and the built year, the construction of its related parking area,population,resources,parking garages and private car ownership and other elements. The result of survey showed that the community property management is weak,lack of parking facilities and inefficient in using the existing parking facilities around residential buildings.The findings from this paper can support for the basic theory research of residential parking planning and management.
