摘要
针对国内大型医院机动车出入口往往由于车流量大,出入随意给相邻城市干道带来交通混乱等问题,利用信号联动控制为解决医院出入口交通组织问题提供新的手段,通过构建医院出入口与城市道路节点的联动框架,设计相邻节点的最佳周期来提高整体交通效率.以福建省晋江市中心医院为例,通过VISSIM微观仿真模拟医院出入口与节点信号灯联动控制,仿真结果显示医院出入口及路段车辆的平均延误时间减少13.28%.证明信号联动控制可以有效地解决大型医院出入口交通组织难题.
Large hospitals often experience the heavy traffic flows,which cause significant impacts on adjacent city roads. With the application of a coordinated signal control in urban road way network,a new approach is proposed for solving the traffic organization problem in hospital entrance. Through constructing the coordinated control framework of between the hospital entrance and the adjacent roads,the optimal cycle of adjacent nodes is designed to improve the whole traffic effectively. Based on the example of Jinjiang central hospital in Fujian,the coordinated control between the hospital entrance and the traffic signal is simulated by the microscopic simulation software VISSIM. Simulation results show that the vehicle average delay in the hospital entrance and adjacent roads is reduced 13. 28%. It proved that the problem of traffic organization in large hospitals can be solved effectively by coordinated signal control.
