文章从高新技术企业的法律服务存在问题出发,说明了高新技术企业法律服务内涵式发展的构成要素,阐述了高新技术企业法律服务的内涵发展方向,并提出了高新技术企业法律服务者的基本素质,从而更好地为高新技术企业提供法律服务。

Based on an analysis of the problems arising from the legal services for high-tech enterprises, this article expounds the constituent elements and orientation of its intensive development as well as points out the basic qualities of the legal service personnel in this field so as to offer better legal services for high-tech enterprises.
