This article attempts to design the hardware and software of the auto-transport system of button circulation boxes with the mitsubishi FX3G-40 Mr/ES programmable controller as the core and the pneumatic components as the actuator. The installation and operation indicates that this system is reliable and can be expected to improve the production efficiency greatly.
