Research on the Improved Design of the Pending Interest Table in Named Data Networks

摘要 文章提出一种基于紧凑存储表示和边缘路由器过滤的PIT设计方法,该方法通过软件实现,并通过仿真实验衡量了指纹冲突率和更新延时。研究表明该方法显著降低了核心路由器PIT的存储要求。 This article comes up with a method of PIT design based on the compact storage representationand the edge router filtering. In addition, it attempts to implement the PIT design through software as well as measure the fingerprint collision rate and the latency through simulation edperiments. The research results indi-cate that this method helps to lower the memory requirements of the PIT in core routers significantly.
