This article analyzes the problems arising from the specialization professionalization of the counselors＇ team in vocational colleges and puts forward the countermeasures from such angles as setting up the practice platform, establishing the evaluation mechanism, constructing the training system as well as making ca- reer planning, which is of certain practical significance.
