摘要
构建高职学生职业能力评价体系最重要的是确定指标体系和指标赋权。本文采用德尔菲法在技术、管理、教育三类专家中调查,确定高职院校学生职业能力各级指标的权重,体现出指标赋权的科学性。得出专业能力和核心能力两个一级指标权重值分别为47%和53%。在此评价体系下,高职学生职业能力的培养要突现职业特色、注重全面均衡发展、坚持以人为本。
It's most important to determine the index system and the index weight for constructing the evaluation system of higher vocational college students' professional ability. By means of Delphi method,and through the questionnaires among technical,management and educational experts,this paper determines the weights of higher vocational college students' career capacity,showing the index weight is scientific and the index weights of professional and core ability are 47% and 53% respectively. Under this evaluation system,the paper argues that it's necessary to reflect professional characteristics,focus on balanced development in an all-round way and insisting on people first,thus cultivating higher vocational college students' career capacity.
