功能性消化不良的抗抑郁焦虑治疗临床研究

The clinical research of functional dyspepsia of antidepressant and anti-anxiety treatment

目的观察抗抑郁焦虑药物治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效。方法将符合标准的160例功能性消化不良患者随机分为2组,对照组80例为抗消化不良药物治疗组;治疗组80例为抗消化不良药物联合抗抑郁焦虑药物治疗组,通过8周治疗后,进行精神状态以及疗效评估。精神状态评估使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depressionscale,HAMD)以及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA);疗效评估采用胃肠道症状评定量表(gastrointestinal symptom rating scale,GSRS)。结果治疗后2组患者HAMD评分、HAMA评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);治疗组的有效率为90%,明显高于对照组的63.75%(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良通过使用抗抑郁焦虑治疗可显著提高疗效。

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of antidepressant drugs and anti-anxietydrugs in the treatment of functional dyspepsia（functional dyspepsia,FD）.MethodsUp to the standard of functional dyspepsia,160 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group 80 cases：use drugs for the treatment of indigestion;The treatment group 80 cases：with antidepressants drugs and anti-anxiety drugs,by 8 weeks after treatment,evaluate the two groups before and after treatment in spirit form evaluation andcurative effect evaluation.Spirit form evaluation using the Hamilton depression rating scale（Hamilton＆#39;scale,HAMD）and Hamilton anxiety scale（Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA）;Curative effect evaluation by gastrointestinal symptoms rating scale（gastrointestinal symptom rating scale,GSRS）.ResultsTwo groups after treatment, HAMD scores and HAMA scores was decreased（P〈0.05）,the treatment group improved more significantly（P〈0.05）than the control group;The effective rate of 90% of treatment group was obviously higher than that of 63.75% in the control group. ConclusionThe use of antidepressant drugs and anti-anxiety drugs can significantly improve the curative effect of functional dyspepsia.
