鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游教育与旅游产业协调发展研究

Research on Interactive and Coordinated Development Between Tourism Education and Tourism Industry of Poyang Lake Ecological Economy Zone

旅游产业与旅游教育之间有着密切的关系,二者相互依存、相互促进。近年来,鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游教育在旅游产业的推动下快速发展,但二者之间存在一些突出的矛盾,这极大地制约了它们的健康、持续发展。在分析鄱阳湖生态经济区旅游产业与旅游教育发展现状的基础上,剖析二者协调发展中存在的问题,提出应发挥政府的宏观调控作用,创新旅游人才培养模式,积极探索产学研结合的新道路,提高师资队伍的整体水平,建立规范的旅游教育培训体系。

The relationship between tourism industry and tourism education is closely related,both of which are inter- dependent and mutually promotive. In recent years,there are some prominent contradictions between tourism education and tourism industry in Poyang Lake ecological economy zone. Based on the analysis of the present situation of tourism education and tourism industry development,the paper states that we should make full use of the government＇s macro adjustment and control,innovate the training mode of tourism talents and establish a standardized tourism training system.
