摘要
《经典案例分析》课程仅由老师讲授,效果并不好,要师生互动。但在实际课堂教学中,学生参与度并不高,"动"的仍然是教师,动脑、动嘴、动手;"静"的依然是学生,神静、嘴静、行静,这种教学方法存在这样的问题:看不出学生在课堂上是否跟上了教师的思路;看不出学生在课后有没有去阅读文献并思考问题;看不出学生有没有将理论和方法应用于实际问题的分析。为了上好这门课,作者在《经典案例分析》课程教学中尝试采用参与式教学方式,起到了一定的效果。
The course of Analysis of Classic Cases in Enterprise Management is merely taught by teachers with no good effect,demanding teacher- student interaction. However,as a matter of fact,such a course teaching quite lacks student involvement,falling into a passive learning atmosphere: almost full "involvement"of teachers who will use their minds,explain tips and even make full use of their body languages,and full"quietness"of students who will perform dumb quietness,passive quietness and even silent behaviors instead. By such a teaching method,it is bound to give rise to such series of problems: firstly,it could be hard to find out whether students have caught what teachers taught or not; secondly,it could be difficult for teachers to make judgment on whether students have read the literature materials and thought over questions after class; and finally,it could not make clear whether students have put book theories into the actual solutions to practical problems. Therefore,the paper attempts to explore the application of participating teaching to this course and offer empirical analysis of its teaching effects,shedding light on the solution to problems arising from teacher- centered teaching.
