摘要
为了解学生就业心态,提升学生就业竞争力,通过对东华理工大学123名2012级国际贸易专业学生进行问卷调查,从就业意向、薪酬期望、首选工作地区等方面了解学生就业心态,发现学生就业预期较高,难接企业"地气"。因此,必须从专业意识、综合能力和培养模式等方面入手适应企业需求,提高国际贸易专业人才就业预期与市场匹配度。
This paper tries to find out students' employment mentality from the aspects of their employment intention,salary expectation and preferred working area,in order to help them to enhance their employment competitiveness. After the questionnaire among 123 students of Grade 2012 who major in international trade,the authors find out that many students have a higher employment expectation,which can not meet the demand of enterprises.So,the university should take some measures to enhance the students' professional consciousness and comprehensive ability,and reform training model so as to help the students to adjust their employment expectation to match market demand.
