摘要
产业集群式转移是一种新的产业转移形式,其本质是企业转移策略的合作行为。该文运用演化博弈理论构建异质性企业的转移博弈模型,分别探析集群企业在自由市场和政府参与下达到稳定策略的条件。研究表明:当集群企业单独转移获得新增净利润大于零时,一定会实现产业集群式转移;当集群企业单独转移时获得新增的净利润小于零时,企业参与集体式转移时分得的新增净利润以及其他企业的转移概率影响着本企业的决策;"政府之手"的推拉作用,提高了集群企业转移的概率。
Industrial cluster transferring is a new form of industrial transferring,the essence is a cooperate behavior of transferring strategy. Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper developed transferring game model of heterogeneity enterprises,discussed different evolutionary stable strategy conditions under free market and government participation. The result shows that： first,if transferred lonely,when the enterprise in cluster obtained positive new net profit,industrial cluster transferring will must occur. Second,if transferred lonely,when the enterprise in cluster obtained negative new net profit,whether transferring depends on the new net profit it got and the probability of others. Last,the push and pull effect of government enhanced probability of industrial clustering transfer.
