摘要
分析风冷式冷水机组用外转子风机的常见失效模式,根据对主要失效模式和应用环境的分析制定试验验证方案,在有限时间内通过试验发现产品设计的薄弱点,并进行有针对性的改进,大大提高产品应用的可靠性。
The common failure modes of outer rotor fan for air-cooled chiller are analyzed.According to analysis on some main failure modes and application environment,the methods of experimental verification are developed.In the limited time,the weakness of product design is found through test.Some improvements are conducted aiming at the weakness,which increases the product application reliability.
