转子式压缩机旋转角度监测试验研究

摘要 通过在曲轴上设计安装巧妙的测试装置,并配合转子式压缩机汽缸的吸排气零点角度,可实现压缩机汽缸吸排气角度与曲轴旋转角度的同步,进而得到汽缸滚子每时刻转过的角度。研究表明,通过定义汽缸零点角度值,合理设计测试装置输出脉冲信号反馈给PC上位系统软件进行解码,可实时同步输出压缩机汽缸滚子每时刻运转的角度数据,该试验数据反映压缩机吸排气系统周期性运转规律,可进一步应用于压缩机吸排气系统运动规律及pV示功图测试研究。 One measuring device is designed and installed on one rotary shaft,linking with the inspiration and exhaust's zero angle of rotary compressor,in order to achieve an in-phase angle in the exhaust's angle and rotary shaft's angle and get the moment angle of roller.Investigation indicates that the moment angle of roller in a real time can be obtained through defining the zero angle of cylinder and designing a measuring device appropriately so as to produce a series of impulse signal which finally decode by the software system.The testing data reflect periodic rule of exhaust system,and it can be further applied to the movement of exhaust system and pVdiagram investigation.
