摘要 利用Ansys软件对冰箱压缩机吸气阀组进行流固声耦合仿真计算,研究阀片厚度以及进气口面积对吸气阀组在流动、强度和声学等综合性能的影响,获得阀片位移、阀片应力分布和进气量等随阀片厚度以及进气口面积变化而变化的规律,研究结果可为冰箱压缩机吸气阀组的优化设计提供参考依据。 Using the software Ansys,the performance of refrigerator compressor suction valve is simulated based on the fluid-structure-acoustics interaction method.The influences of valve thickness and area of suction orifice on the comprehensive performance of the suction valve are studied from the aspects of flow,strength and acoustics.The variation rules of the valve displacement,the valve stress distribution,the mass flow rate,etc.with the thickness and the area of the suction orifice are obtained.The research results can provide references for the optimization design of the refrigerator compressor suction valve.
