摘要
摘锭座管传动轴作为采棉机采摘头的核心部件,其强度和稳定性会直接影响棉花采摘的质量,对采摘头的传动部分运用三维建模软件Solid Works构建实体模型,运用ANSYS软件对摘锭座管主要部件传动轴进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到传动轴在工作时的应力和应变及模态频率,总结出摘锭座管传动轴的受力情况并分析其在24.654Hz^212.580Hz范围内传动轴的振动特性,为以后传动轴的结构改进提供理论依据。
The shaft of picking head in cotton picking machine is the key part,its strength and stability affect the quality of picking cotton process. Based on Solid Works platform it establishes the solid model of the picking head for the transmission system of cotton picking machine,analyzes the static and modal function of transmission parts for picking head,obtains the stresses,strains and vibrational frequency of these parts,shows the load condition of the shaft and vibration function from 24. 654 Hz to 212. 580 Hz. The results provide the theory reference for transmission shaft optimization design.
