摘要
对突片激励射流冲击冷却特性进行实验研究,分析突片形成的流向涡对冲击换热特性的影响,总结了双排射流孔的传热规律.实验结果表明,在双排突片射流冲击冷却中,突片具有改善冲击换热特性的作用,射流孔的排列方式以及两排孔之间流向孔间距的变化对冲击靶面的温度分布具有较大的影响,叉排孔的有效冷却范围更大,冷却效果更好.
The impingement cooling characteristics of a circular jet with tabs are investigated experimentally. It is analyzed that stream wise vortices formed by tabs affect the impingement cooling characteristics. The heat transfer laws of double-rows jet orifices are summarized. The results show that tabs can improve the impinging heat transfer properties for the impingement cooling with double-rows tabbed jet flows. The arrangement of jet orifices and the change of the stream wise space between the orifices have an important influence on the target temperature distribution. The staggered orifices have the larger valid cooling cope and the better cooling effect.
