摘要
以改性前和乙醇改性后花生壳去除模拟废水中的Cd^(2+),采用单因素实验,考察了溶液p H、Cd^(2+)的初始浓度、花生壳投加量、吸附时间、温度、恒温振荡时间五个因素对花生壳吸附Cd^(2+)效果的影响。结果表明:Cd^(2+)的初始浓度为20 mg/L、溶液p H值为7、温度为60℃、花生壳投加量为0.2g时,花生壳改性前后恒温振荡分别为90min和120min的条件下达到最佳,Cd^(2+)的去除率分别为88.65%和95.99%,对应的吸附量为19.34 mg.g^(-1)和24.42mg.g^(-1);故乙醇改性后的花生壳对Cd^(2+)的去除效果优于改性前,并在此基础上对原因进行了初步探讨。
This single factor experiment used unmodified and modified peanut shell to adsorb Cd2+ from simulated wastewater, and studied the effect of solution pH value, the initial concentration of Cd2+ , the dosage of peanut shell, stability temperature oscillated time, temperature on adsorption effects .The results indicated that unmodified and ethanol modified peanut shell had optimum effect on the condition of the initial concentration of Cd2+ 20 mg/L, pH7, temperature 60℃ ,the dosage of peanut shell 0.2g , but stability temperature oscillated time are 90 min and 120miu respectively. Their removal rates were 88. 65% and 95.99% respectively, and their adsorption capacity werelg. 3,1 mg.g-1 和 24.42mg.g-l. So ethanol modified peanut shell was better than unmodified peanut shell on the remowd rate of Cd2+ from simulated wastewater. On this basis, it was initially discussed that modified peanut shell was better than unmodified peanut shell.
