地方高校毕业生就业质量的定量测算与分析

Quantitative Calculation and Analysis of the Employment Quality of Local College Graduates

构建了毕业生就业质量评价指标体系,利用SPPS软件计算了二级指标中各个选项的统计结果,在此基础上测算出各类专业毕业生的就业质量。结果表明,地方高校毕业生就业质量并不理想。存在毕业生专业对口程度不高,职业发展空间有限,工作压力大,晋升机会小,待遇相对低,并呈现出一定的专业差异。

On the basis of establishing the evaluation index system of graduate employment quality, this paper uses SPPS software to calculate the statistical results of the various options in the two level indicators, and then estimates the employment quality of all kinds of graduates. The results show that the quality of local college graduates＇ employ ment is not satisfactory. There is no high degree of professional counterparts, career development space is limited, there is much work pressure, promotion opportunity is small, the treatment is relatively low, and there are a certain degree of professional differences.
