摘要
以国网河北省电力公司计量中心仓储一级库为研究对象,从质量管理的角度分析该仓储系统运行中所遇到的问题,通过DMAIC活动,找出影响仓储系统效率的关键因素,并针对技术和管理手段提出相应的改进措施。结果表明这些措施可以有效地缩短该仓储系统的故障时间,提高故障处理效率,为智能仓储系统的科学管理提供了可靠依据。
This paper analyzes problems encountered during operation of primary storage of State Grid Hebei Electric Power Company, which was taken as research object, from prospective of quality management, finds out key factors effecting storage efficiency by DMAIC, introduces improving measures from technological and management means. The result indicates that decreased total failure time and improved fault handling efficiency con provide a reliable basis for scientific management of intelligent storage.
