Common Faults and Judgment Methods of Transformer Bushing Tap Grounding Device

介绍变压器套管末屏结构及接地装置常见的内部故障、外部故障,提出对变压器套管末屏进行绝缘电阻试验和介质损耗、电容量测试等判断接地装置故障的方法,通过实例说明这些判断方法可发现套管末屏缺陷,提高变压器运行的可靠性。

The internal and external common faults of the transformer bushing tap structure and grounding device were intro duced. The methods of the insulation resistance test, the dielectric loss test and the capacitance test were proposed to resolve the moisture, the lead fraction and the low insulation problems. To verify the methods, a specific example was illustrated in the paper. The results indicates that the proposed methods can effectively judge the bushing tap defects and improve the reliability of the transformer operation.
