摘要
介绍了一种基于Flash ADC和FPGA的探测器信号测量装置,此装置基于高速ADC对信号波形进行数字化采样,通过FPGA逻辑对波形进行缓冲存储和数字化分析,获得探测信号的幅度、时间、脉冲形状等信息,应用USB接口或光纤接口实现与计算机的数据通讯。该装置可实现对多种常规探测器输出信号进行采集,并实现脉冲形状分析功能。文中首先对装置的硬件组成和软件设计进行了详细描述,之后给出了测量装置实物照片,并通过一个测试实例展示了它的脉冲信号测量和波形甄别功能。
This article introduces a kind of new detector signal measuring device based on the Flash ADC and FPGA. This device collects the signal waves digitized by the high speed ADC and accomplishs the buffer storage and analyzed by the FPGA to get the amplitude,time and the signal shape. This device could communicate with PC by the USB or the optical link. This device could collect many normal detector output signals and accomplish the pulse shape discriminators. This article firstly introduces the hardware and software of the device,then gives some device photos,show its pulse signal measurement and the wave discrimination function.
