摘要 为了评价风险因子耦合作用下的机加工车间安全状况,构建了一种基于协调耦合理论的机加工车间安全评价模型。首先,从人员因子、设备因子、环境因子和管理因子4个维度要素分析机加工车间风险因子间的耦合作用机理;基于此,建立机加工车间安全评价指标体系;然后,构建耦合协调模型对多因素交互耦合下的机加工车间安全状况进行评价;最后,以安徽省某汽车机加工车间为例,对所建立的模型进行验证。结果表明,管理因子和人员因子对机加工车间的整体安全水平贡献最大,同时,车间整体安全状况良好,评价结果与实际情况基本相一致。 To evaluate the safety situation of machine workshop under the coupling effect of risk factors,a safety evaluation model of machine workshop based on coordinated coupling theory was established. Firstly,the coupling effect mechanism of risk factors in machining workshop was analyzed from four dimensional elements,including personnel factors,equipment factors,environment factors and management factors,therefore,an index system of safety evaluation on machine workshop was established. Secondly,a coupling coordinated model was constructed to evaluate the safety situation of machine workshop under the interactive coupling of multi factors. Finally,taking a certain automobile machine workshop in Anhui as example,the proposed model was verified. The results showed that the management factors and personnel factors had the greatest contribution on the overall safety level of machine workshop,the overall safety situation of workshop was good,and the evaluation result was basically consistent with the actual situation.
