含—SH基团纳米SiO_2复合材料及其紫外光固化性能的研究

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-590)为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了巯基改性纳米SiO_2杂化材料,并对不同比例KH-590改性后的效果用用红外光谱进行了分析表征。将改性前、后的纳米SiO_2添加到光固化涂料中,考察了其对光固化涂料固化速度和机械性能等的影响。结果表明,改性后的纳米SiO_2杂化材料表面含有巯基基团,且巯基的引入提高了光固化涂料C—C双键的转化率。当KH-590的用量为TEOS质量的35%时,纳米SiO_2杂化材料在光固化涂料中分散均匀,涂料的机械性能显著改善。 The modified nanosilica is prepared withγ-mercaptopropyl trimethoxy silane(KH-590)and TEOS by sol-gel.The structure of modified nanosilica is characterized by FTIR.The influences of amounts of KH-590 on the properties of UV curing coatings are analyzed.The effect of nanosilica hybrid material on curing speed and kinetics is evaluated by photo-DSC technique.The results indicate that the mercapto group substitutes the silanol group on the surface of the nanosilica and forms nanosilica hybrid material with good dispersion.Compared with UV curing coatings incorporated with unnmodified nanosilica,the conversion rate and final conversion of the arcylate double bonds increase with the mercapto group onto modified nanosilica.When the amount is 35% of the TEOS,nanosilica hybrid material disperses well in UV curing coatings.In addition,the coating hardness and wear resistance are also improved.
