内外层燃速比对层状发射药燃烧渐增性的影响

摘要 为研究内外层燃速比对层状发射药燃烧渐增性的影响,建立了方片状层状发射药和圆饼片状层状发射药气体生成猛度与已燃发射药质量分数的理论表达式,将内外层燃速比对燃气生成的因素进行了理论分析。在几何燃烧定律的条件下,以初始尺寸及宽厚比、密度比等为基本参量,分别推导了层状发射药的Γ-Ψ与Γ-z表达式,得到不同内外层燃速比对应的燃烧曲线,并对比分析。通过调整内外层燃速比,可以有效地控制层状发射药在不同时期的气体生成速率,从而确定合理的内外层燃速参数。 In order to study the effects of the burning rate ratio of internal and external layer on the progressive combustibility of layered propellant,theΓ-Ψexpression of layered square sheet propellant and layered disc sheet propellant have been established,and the gas generation rule about layered propellant is theoretically analyzed.Under the precondition of following the geometric combustion law,the equation describingΓ-Z andΓ-Ψrelation of this kind of variable burning rate gun propellant is derived by using its initial geometric size,wide and heavy ratio and density ratio of internal and external layer as the basic variables,to get the corresponding combustion curve of the different burning rate ratio of internal and external layer.The layered propellant gas generation rate could be effectively controlled by adjusting burning rate ratio of internal and external layer in different periods,in order to determine the reasonable parameters of the burning rate.
