摘要
情绪既是冲突构成的要素,又是影响冲突管理的重要因素。现代组织研究证实冲突结果具有双面性,关键在于对冲突的管理,而个体冲突管理策略是冲突管理的重要形式。本研究考查了情绪的效价维度及具体情绪与个体冲突管理策略选择的关系。结果表明,体验到积极情绪的个体更倾向于选择合作策略,体验到消极情绪的个体则倾向于选择竞争或折中策略,冲突类型对情绪的影响起到调节作用,而具体情绪对个体冲突管理策略选择的影响则更为复杂。
Emotion was a component of conflict and had a great impact on conflict management. Modern researches found there might had two opposite results for one conflict,and conflict management was responsible for the possible result. However,a person's management strategy was an important way of conflict management. We,therefore,investigated the relationship not only between emotion valence dimension and strategy selecting,but also between one concrete emotion and strategy selecting. The result showed these subjects with positive emotion preferred to collaboration,while those subjects with negative emotion preferred to competition,and the type of conflict mediated the effluence of emotion on strategy selecting. At last,we also found the effect of the concrete emotion on strategy selecting was complex.
