新疆少数民族大学生自我和谐与心理健康的关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Self Consistency and Psychological Health of Xinjiang Ethnic Minority College Students

以400名新疆少数民族大学生为调查对象,采用问卷法探讨了他们的自我和谐与心理健康现状以及两者之间的关系。结果显示:(1)新疆少数民族大学生的自我和谐总分高于大学生常模,"自我与经验的不和谐","自我的刻板性"分量表上的分数显著高于常模,"自我的灵活性"分量表分数显著低于常模;性别、班级模式、来源的比较上都不存在显著的差异。(2)样本的心理健康状况良好。女生在心理不平衡、敌对、偏执因子上的分数比男生高,但总分没发现显著的差异;班级模式没有发现显著的差异。(3)自我和谐的"自我与经验的不和谐"与心理健康的适应性和躯体化因子上存在显著的相关。

In order to discuss the current situation and relationship between self consistency and psychological health of Xinjiang ethnic minority college students,Selected 400 minority students from Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics,and tested them by employing self consistency scale and Chinese university students＇ psychological health scale. The study could come to conclusions that：（ 1）Total points of Xinjiang ethnic minority college students,and the points on the subscales which＂disconsistency of self and experience＂,＂the rigidity of self＂all are the significantly higher than the norm of university students. The points of the subscale＂the flexibility of self＂is significantly lower than the norm.（ 2） Xinjiang ethnic minority college students＇ psychological health is in good condition;Found the sex difference in the subscale of psychological imbalance,hostile and hostility; Haven＇t found that significant differences between the students in Han class and ethnic minority classes.（ 3） There is a significant relevance between the inconsistency of self and experience in self consistency and adaptability and summarization in psychological health.
