中等收入者群体在消费结构水平、工作劳动方面形成了自己的特征,对社会多持中立、保守的态度。改善和提升中等收入者群体参与社会治理的途径和条件,大力发展以中等收入者群体为主的社会组织,不断提高社会组织的规范化建设,培育中等收入者群体创立和参与社会组织各项活动的热情,有助于促进社会和谐稳定发展。

The medium-income group has developed their own characteristics in their consumption structure and work;and they are usually neutral or conservative toward society. To increase the ways and to improve the conditions for the medium-income group＇s participation in social governance, to develop vigorously mediumincome-group-based social organizations, to enhance continuously the standardization of social organizations,and to cultivate their enthusiasm in creating and participating in social activities,all of those help promote a harmonious and stable development of society.
