历史文化街区在城市发展进程中,只有得到有效保护,才能够传承城市历史和文化。历史文化街区在市场开发过程中,要认真定位,开发特色的功能区,将历史文化元素和商业元素巧妙结合,通过现代市场机制的作用,实现保护和开发的良性循环,提升城市形象。
Historical and cultural district should be protected in the process of urbanization so as to carry forward the history and c ulture of a city. Therefore in the process of its market development a historical and cultural district should be carefully positioned so as to build its featured functional areas,with its historical and cultural elements integrated ingeniously with commercial elements. Through the operation of a modern marketing mechanism,the district can be well protected and developed,which is helpful to enhance the city image.
