摘要
学生备战全国职业院校技能大赛(高职组)飞机发动机拆装调试与维修技能大赛的训练中存在一些问题,从参赛选手的选拔、训练计划的制定、训练的实施组织以及学生心理能力的培养几方面来克服这些问题,可供以后备战技能大赛作参考,也为如何培养高素质技能型人才提供借鉴。
Some problems arose when students were training for ＂National Skills Competition on Aircraft Engine Removal Installation Test and Maintenance＂（Vocational College Group）, which were then discussed from the perspectives of candidates selecting, training plan formulating and implementing and students＇ mental power fostering. The research provided references for students＇ training for other future skills competitions as well as for highly-skilled talent training.
