跆拳道保险研究

Study on Taekwondo Insurance

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国的跆拳道保险进行研究。上世纪末,竞技跆拳道与大众跆拳道在我国都得到了很快的发展;选择跆拳道作为我国第一个体育专项运动保险是由于跆拳道人口基数庞大,为奥运夺金优势项目以及高对抗、高风险的性质等原因所决定的;中国人民财产保险股份有限公司与中体保险经纪有限公司在采纳中国跆拳道协会提供的大量科学数据的基础上,共同开发设计并推出跆拳道运动专项保险;依据保险对象和索赔出发点的不同,把跆拳道运动专项保险产品分为跆拳道运动人员保险,跆拳道运动人员训练保险,跆拳道道馆公众责任保险,跆拳道比赛参赛人员团体保险与跆拳道比赛公众责任保险五种,不同险种其保障范围与特点各不相同;跆拳道运动专项保险的推出,有利于倡导"健康运动、安全运动"的理念、推动我国跆拳道运动进一步发展、对其他运动项目起到示范作用和探索我国体育商业保险发展新模式。

By the documental data and logic analysis, etc. , the taekwondo insurance was studied in China. At the end of 20th century, competitive and mass taekwondo were both greatly developed in China. The reason why se- lecting taekwondo as the 1st sports special insurance is determined by the huge cardinal number of taekwondo population, being the advantageous project of Olympics to win the gold medal and the characteristics of its high an-tagonism and high risk. On the basis of adopting lots of scientific data offered by China Taekwondo Association, Chinese people＇s property insurance company and China sports insurance brokers limited company develop, design and introduce taekwondo special insurance commonly. On the basis of different insured object and starting point of claiming damage , taekwondo special insurance products are divided into such 5 kinds as athlete insurance of taek- wondo, training insurance of taekwondo athlete, public lia- bility insurance of taekwondo hall, group insurance of taekwondo contestants and public liability insurance of taekwondo match. Different kinds of insurance have their different security scopes and characteristics. The introduce of taekwondo special insurance is beneficial to advocate the idea＂ healthy sports, safe sports＂, to promote the fur- ther development of taekwondo in China, to play an exem- plary role for other sports and to explore the new develop- ment model of sports commercial insurance in China.
