艾滋病健康教育预防与行为干预效果评价指标体系构建分析

Analysis on the construction of the evaluation index system of the effect of AIDS health education and behavior intervention

目的构建一套完善、科学的反映艾滋病健康教育预防和行为干预实施效果的评价指标体系,促进我国的艾滋病相关干预项目评估工作的开展。方法本次研究主要利用文献分析法和专家咨询法,结合各项指标的分析方法和现场调查以及相关的干预模式研究,建立一套较完善的主要针对于服务普通大众和吸毒人群艾滋病健康教育效果评价指标体系。结果完成了艾滋病健康教育和行为干预实施效果的评价指标体系的构建,确定了各项评价指标,并提出了针对于不同年龄阶段、不同类型的艾滋病健康教育和行为干预模式。结论艾滋病健康教育和行为干预实施效果评价指标体系能够对我国艾滋病多发年龄阶层、地区等相关指标进行准确的判别,对于我国的艾滋病相关干预项目评估工作的开展有着非常重要的作用和意义,同时在艾滋病健康教育预防和行为干预实施效果评价指标体系的构建中应充分利用专家咨询法,可以使指标体系的构建过程中更加简单、容易操作。

Objective This article tries to build a set of perfect and scientific reflection of AIDS health education and behavior intervention effect evaluation index system,so as to promote the evaluation of AIDS related intervention projects. Methods This study mainly uses literature analysis and expert consultation method,combining the indicators of analysis method and the field investigation and related intervention pattern research,to establish a set of relatively consummate HIV / AIDS health education effect evaluation index system mainly aimed at serving the general public and drug users. Results This article completes the construction of the evaluation index system of the AIDS health education and behavior intervention effect,determines the evaluation indexes,and puts forward different AIDS health education and behavior intervention model for different ages and types. Conclusion HIV /AIDS health education and behavior intervention effect evaluation index system can accurately judge AIDS multi risk age groups,region and relevant indicators in our country and plays a very important role in the evaluation of HIV /AIDS health education and behavior intervention effect. At the same time in the construction of evaluation index system,we should make full use of expert consultation method,which can make the process of building the index system more simple and easy to operate.
