遵义人群维生素D受体基因第八内含子多态性

The eighth intron of Vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism in Zunyi population

目的探讨在遵义人群中维生素D受体(vitamin D recepter,VDR)基因第八内含子多态分布情况。方法收集119例遵义人群静脉血标本,用限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)法检测VDR基因第八内含子多态性,分析该位点在遵义人群中的基因型频率和基因频率分布规律。结果遵义人群VDR基因的基因型频率分别为69.75%(TT)、26.89%(Tt)和3.36%(tt),基因频率分别为83.2%(T)和16.8%(t)。结论 VDR基因第八内含子多态性在遵义人群中分布具有多态性。

Objective To investigate the polymorphism distribution in the eighth intron of Vitamin D Receptor（VDR）gene in Zunyi.Methods Collecting 119 blood samples in Zunyi area,the eighth intron polymorphism of VDR gene was tested by Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism analysis,and the distribution of the genotypes and allele frequencies were analyzed.Results The frequencies of genotypes were 69.75%（TT）,26.89%（Tt）and 3.36%（tt）.The frequencies of the VDR gene were 83.2%（T）and 16.8%（t）.Conclusion The eighth intron of VDR gene in Zunyi population has polymorphisms.
