MOOC has enabled the massive open online learning;flipped classroom has provided many peo- ple around the world with the opportunities to learn the Chinese language;and mobile micro-learning has facilitated the learners a lot. MobiMOOC, however, combining the advantages of traditional MOOC flipped classroom and the advancement of mobile internet technology, has unestimatable power in the promotion of the Chinese language worldwide.It has not only given more chances and faciliy to learn Chi- nese but also a forum to produce the Chinese language. Hence,MobiMOOC will be the effective mode to internationalize the Chinese language in the future.
