摘要
为完善煤矿应急救援能力评价方法,提出了属性权重未知,属性值为直觉模糊数的评价模型。首先根据评价指标体系确定直觉模糊评价矩阵,然后借助直觉模糊熵权法来确定属性权重,并利用直觉模糊加权平均算子对二级评价矩阵进行集结,得到每个决策方案对应的直觉模糊数,将其带入含有转化参数的得分函数进行决策分析。最后采用上述方法对同煤集团相关矿井的煤矿应急救援能力进行了实例分析。
To improve the emergency rescue ability method of the coalmine provided an evaluation model which the attribute weight was unknown and the attribute value was the intuitionistic fuzzy number. Firstly, determined intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation matrix according to the index system, then determined attribute weight by the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy method, and aggregated secondary evaluation matrix by intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator, obtained the intuitionistic fuzzy number of every decision making scheme, brought it into score function which contains transformation parameters to make decision making analysis. At last, make a example analysis on emergency rescue ability of the related coal mines in Da Tong by the above method.
