地方院校生物化学课程教学改革初探

Preliminary Exploration on Biochemistry Teaching Reform of Local Colleges

生物化学是利用化学(包括物理)的理论方法研究生物的一门科学,作为地方院校应用化学专业的必修课之一,对于提高学生在生物化学方面的基础知识非常重要,同时有助于学生深入了解生物化学反应机制。本文针对应用化学专业的特点和培养目标,结合生物化学的课程特点,阐述了针对该专业的生物化学课堂教学体会,对课程内容、教学方法等方面做出探索和讨论。

Biochemistry is a science using the theory of chemistry（including physical） method to study biology, and it is one of the required courses of applied chemistry in local colleges. It is important for students to improve their biochemistry basic knowledge, and helpful to understand the biochemical reaction mechanism. The teaching methods and curriculum contents are discussed on the basis of the course characteristics and the teaching objectives.
