介绍了聚合物导热材料的应用背景,并分析了导热填料在聚合物导热材料中的重要作用。重点从导热填料的分类、导热填料的尺寸与复配、导热填料表面的处理方法等方面综述近几年来聚合物导热材料的研究开发进展,并对今后研究方向提出建议。

The application fields of thermal conducting polymer composites were introduced, the important role of thermally conductive filler on the thermal conducting polymer composites was pointed out. The research progress of the composites were summarized from type, shape, particle size, surface treatment and compound. Finally, the further research trends was suggested also.
