摘要
介绍了一种高沸点硫醇甲基锡的合成方法。采用巯基丙酸异辛酯和甲基氯化锡水溶液反应,合成出一种新型聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂:一甲基锡三巯基丙酸异辛酯和二甲基二巯基丙酸异辛酯的混合物。试验探讨了反应物配比、反应温度、pH值等工艺参数对产品收率的影响。采用正交试验优化了控制条件。试验得出的最佳合成条件为:反应物配料比为1.05∶1,反应温度为10-15℃,反应期间p H值为4.0-7.0,反应终点p H值为8.5-9.0,在此条件下,反应收率为97.22%。同步热分析仪测定出产物的沸点,显著高于传统的硫醇甲基锡。
A method for synthesis of a high boiling point methyltin mercaptide was introduced. A new polyvinyl chloride ( PVC ) stabilizer, a mixture of monomrthyhin tris ( isooctyl 3-mercaptopropionate) and dimethyltin his (isooctyl 3-mercaptopropionate), was prepared by using isooctyl 3-mercaptopropionate to react with methyltin chloride water solution. The effect of technologic parameters such as reactants ratio, reaction temperature and pH value were explored. And the optimum reaction conditions were got by orthogonal test, which are: reactants ratio 1.05:1 ,reaction temperature 10 - 15 ℃ ,pH value for reaction period,4.0 - 7.0,pH value in reaction end, 8.5 -9.0, the reaction yield in these conditions is 97.22%. The boiling point of product was determined by simultaneous thermal analyzer, which is higher than one of the traditional mercaptan methyltion.
