摘要
2015年中国电力规划设计协会组织有关专家首次用业态创新的概念和方法完成了"国内勘测设计企业业态创新"调研课题,本文对业态创新的概念和方法进行了介绍,重点对工程勘测设计领域的业态分类、七种业态的基本特点、业态组合等调研成果进行了总结,旨在促进电力勘测设计企业在适应"新常态"和转型升级中寻求新的生存方式以及发展机会。
China Electric Power Planning Engineering Association called together relative experts to carry out an investigation on ＂Format Innovation of Domestic Survey Design Enterprises＂ in 2015, applying the concept and methods of formats innovation for the first time. This thesis introduces the concept and methods of formats innovation and summarizes the classification of formats, basic characteristics of the seven kinds of formats as well as formats mix strategy of engineering survey and design industry, aiming to inspire power survey and design enterprises to seek new ways of survival and development while adapting to the ＂new normal＂ and transformation and upgrading.
