摘要
印度某项目的电除尘器基础为独立式阶梯形基础,按照中国《建筑地基基础设计规范》GB50007-2002设计,由印度当地业主工程师进行审查。针对业主工程师提出的电除尘器基础滑移稳定性不满足印度标准的问题,按照中印两国标准分别进行电除尘器基础在风荷载及地震工况下的滑移稳定性计算,并引入美国标准中抗滑移公式进行验证。经过对比分析,按中国标准设计的电除尘器基础滑移稳定性完全可以满足印度标准要求。最终印方业主工程师接受中方设计的基础,确认过程可供印度或其他国家的类似项目参考。
The foundations of electrostatic precipitator in one Indian project is single step spread foundation, they are designed according to code for design of building foundationGB 50007-2002 of China, and submitted to India local consultant engineers for approval. Aim at the problem questioned by consultant engineers that sliding stability of electrostatic precipitator foundations don't meet the requirement of Indian code, the sliding stability is checked under wind working case and seismic working case with Chinese code and Indian code respectively, and the formula of American code is also quoted to testify. Based on comparison and analysis, the foundations which are designed as per Chinese code can fulfill the requirement of India code. Finally Indian consultant engineers accept and approve the foundations designed by Chinese engineer, the approved procedure can be used for reference in other projects of India and other countries.
