摘要
黑麋峰工程高压引水隧洞最大静水头385 m,并且有两处断层出露,采用钢筋混凝土衬砌,存在高压水劈裂衬砌混凝土和围岩,产生过量渗漏甚至发生渗透破坏的工程破坏问题。现场施工时,通过灌浆试验,合理选择灌浆参数、灌浆工艺,达到了提高围岩抗劈裂强度和防渗性能,经充水工况检验,高压引水隧洞围岩稳定且渗水量小,方法获得成功。
The high-pressure diversion tunnel in Heimifeng Mountain project has a maximum hydrostatic pressure at 385 meters, as well as two faults were exposing. According to adoption of reinforced concrete lining, high-pressure liquid would split lining concrete and surrounding rock. Also, the problems of excessive seepage and its damage would emerge. At its site construction, choosing reasonable grouting parameter and technology improve split-tensile strength and impervious properties of surrounding rock through grouting test. Then condition survey was done to show that surrounding rock of high-pressure diversion tunnel was steady, with minor seepage quantity, which meant the adopted measure successed.
