Summary of the“Ruling Country by Law and Cultural Construction of Integrity”Theory Seminar

全国"依法治国与廉政文化建设"理论研讨会于2015年11月28日在河池学院召开,来自全国33所高校以及地方党政部门、科研院所、党校系统以及于成龙廉政文化建设基地等60多位专家学者、党政干部参加了研讨会。研讨会通过专家主题发言、与会学者分组研讨的方式,围绕"中国共产党历代领导人的廉政建设思想及当代价值、新时期党的思想建设对依法治国与廉政文化建设的基础性作用、高校廉政文化建设的系统性与实效性、法治思维框架下的廉政文化建设、新媒体环境下党风廉政建设的新特点新问题、‘一代廉史于成龙’廉洁从政思想的当代价值"等问题展开了深入研讨。研讨会对加快推进依法治国与廉政文化建设理论研究,提高研究水平起到了重要的推动作用。

The national ＂ruling country by law and cultural construction of integrity＂ theory seminar was held on November 28, 2015 in Hechi University. More than 60 expert scholars and Party and government leaders from 33 colleges, local Party and government departments, scientific research institutions, Party school systems and the Yu Chenglong integrity cultural construction base attended the seminar. Through theme presentations of experts, and group discussion of participant scholars, the seminar deeply studied and discussed the following issues： the contemporary value of integrity construction thoughts of generations of leaders of the communist party of China; hon- est and clean government cultural construction under the thought and framework of law - based rule ; the fundamen- tal effect of the party＇ s ideological building in new period on the ruling country by law and cultural construction of integrity ; the new characteristics and problems of construction of the Party conduct and integrity in new media envi- ronment; the incorruptible official Yu Chenglong~ thoughts of honest and clean governance and its contemporary value. The seminar boosts the theoretical research on ruling country by law and cultural construction of integrity, and promotes the research level.
