On the Current Moral Construction Mechanism for National Civil Servants

站在政治生态建设角度审视国家公务队伍道德建设现状,透视伦理道德缺失给社会政治生活带来的严重后果,结合依法治国、以德治国和从严治党,提出综合治理措施,积极探索国家公务队伍从政道德建设机制与途径。

In this paper,a survey is made of the status quo of moral construction for national civil servants in the perspective of political ecological construction while a scrutiny is given of the grave consequences to social and political life caused by the absence of moral principles. Therefore,some comprehensive management measure are proposed based on the integration of the rule of law,the rule by virtue and the strengthening of Party self-discipline so as to actively explore the mechanism and ways of moral construction for national civil servants.
