输油管的布置

摘要 要在铁路线上修建一个车站,用来输送在铁路同侧建造的两家炼油厂的成品油.设计炼油厂到车站的输油管线铺设方案,使得铺设管线的费用最省.考虑常见三种情况,应用平面镜成像原理,建立合理的数学模型,采用Lingo软件求出共用管线和非共用管线的交点、车站位置以及共用管线长度.合理改进模型,应用层次分析法求出炼油厂位置确定时的输油管线布置方案及相应的费用.根据实际情况再次改进模型,求出最低费用,采用随机取点的方法对模型进行检验,确定模型的准确性. Oilfield plans to build two refineries at the side of the railway line and a station on the railway line in order to transport refined oil is to lay pipeline from the refinery to the station with the minimal cost of laying pipeline. The paper sets up a reasonable mathematical model by applying math- ematics software lingo to find the intersection of common pipeline and independent pipeline, the loca- tion of the railway station, the length of the common pipeline. Reasonable improved model results from applying the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), finding out proper plan for pipeline arrangement and the minimum cost of it according to the actual situation, and from checking up the accuracy of the model by taking Random point method.
